Each day in level 4 lockdown, I video’d myself with a short made up song and posted to local social pages. Day one the video got 1500 views - I wasn’t expecting that, so kept going, keen on the connection at what was for many, an isolating time.

Each day a different theme, musical style, location etc. My wife and son joined me on the odd one. It was challenging and fun.

It happened again months later, locked down again - I was at the bottom of the country teaching smartphone video, it took me three days to get home, so I reached out with songs again.
